Governance
Each Patient Care Quality Review Board consists of up to four to six members, including a Chair, all of whom are appointed by the Minister of Health Services. Collectively, these individuals may reflect the following competencies and qualities:

Clinical experience;

Experience in procedural and administrative law and/or experience in adjudication or decision-making;

Knowledge of the health care system, with a particular interest in quality improvement;

A previous history in client relations or strong service orientation;
-
A knowledge of and appreciation for a broad range of cultural interests.
