We know that clients sometimes use ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, or other AI services to help them tell their stories or to ask questions about our process.

While AI services can be helpful, they are also limited by the information they have access to. Because British Columbia is a smaller jurisdiction, there is not always enough information online or in databases for AI services to draw the right conclusions about how things work in our province. AI services may sometimes give you incorrect or inaccurate information about how our healthcare system works or about BC legislation.
